📢 We’re Hiring: Director of Facility Services

The School District of Holmen is seeking an experienced and dedicated Director of Facility Services to oversee the management of all district facilities and grounds.

This leadership position plays a key role in ensuring our schools exemplify excellence in safety, health, appearance, and efficiency — all while supporting and leading a skilled facilities team.

💼 Key Qualifications:
✅ High school diploma (or equivalent) and 2+ years of advanced education in a related field (Bachelor’s preferred)
✅ Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in custodial, maintenance, or construction management
✅ Ability to obtain WASBO Facility Manager Certification within 2 years
✅ Valid driver’s license
✅ Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills

💰 Salary: $101,258 annually
