The Holmen School District is proud to partner with Emplify Health to provide our student-athletes with continuous sports medicine expertise throughout the year. Emplify Health provides athletic training services for all injuries to help our student-athletes heal and to help them excel in their sport after returning from injury.
These highly specialized experts deliver comprehensive, continuous care with a personal understanding of the needs of high school student-athletes.

*These hours are subject to change, but we will do our best to reflect the hours accurately. The Athletic trainer's location will be posted on the door of the athletic training room when possible. In the instance of multiple events being held simultaneously, the athletic trainer and high school activities director will determine which event to be covered based on the risk of injury.*

Holmen High School has been recognized as a Safe Sports School by the National Athletic Trainers' Association (NATA). The Safe Sports School Award recognizes secondary schools prioritizing the health and safety of their athletes by meeting specific safety standards.
